Privacy Policy

A Prime for You ("we", "us") is a small, independent product. We respect your privacy and collect only what we need to deliver your personalized prime number certificate. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we handle it.

What we collect

• Name — the name you enter when purchasing your prime. Used on your certificate and (optionally) your public registry entry.
• Email address — provided during Stripe checkout. Used to send your certificate download link and any important account communications.
• Payment information — processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number, CVC, or billing details.

Why we collect it

• Generate and deliver your personalized prime number certificate (PDF).
• Display your entry in the public registry (if you choose).
• Send you the link to download your certificate and manage your entry.

Public registry & your choices

When you purchase a prime, you can choose how your registry entry appears:

• Public — your name and prime number are visible.
• Anonymous — your prime number is listed, but your name is hidden.
• Unlisted — nothing is listed publicly.

You can change this setting at any time from your owner page, or email us to have your entry removed entirely.

Third-party services

We rely on a small number of trusted services to run A Prime for You:

• Stripe — payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy.
• Cloudflare — hosting, DNS, and bot protection (Turnstile). Cloudflare's privacy policy.
• Resend — transactional email delivery (certificate links). Resend's privacy policy.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with anyone else.

Cookies

We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. The only cookies on this site are functional cookies set by Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection. These are strictly necessary and do not track you across other sites.

Data retention & deletion

We keep your name and email for as long as your registry entry exists. If you'd like your data deleted, email support@aprimeforyou.com and we'll remove your entry and associated data within 30 days.

Children's privacy

A Prime for You is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we make meaningful changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. For a product this simple, we don't expect frequent changes.
